HOW TO PREPARE

WHO IS WELCOME
All movement enthusiasts are welcome, including kids, so long as they can respect the intention of the space. If you bring your kids, please register them so that we can maintain safe distance. This "all level" class can be modifide to fit your needs.
The space is wheelchair accessible, however the terrain is rugged. Our verbal instruction is amplified with a microphone but sound can get lost in this outdoor space. We demonstrate the practice while we teach in case you can't hear all the verbal instruction.
We are following public health guidelines regarding Covid-19. Please arrive masked and honor physical distance so we can keep our most vulnerable community members well. We can take an anonymous vote at the start of class to determine if we will be practicing with masks on. If one person votes for wearing masks then we all will.
