Winter solstice yoga practice series coming up!
I personally understand the struggle of committing to a regular practice and the struggle of getting through the darkest time of year. And for these reasons I’ve developed a 10-class series to help others who struggle in similar ways. This is a 3-week commitment where you’ll roll out of bed on Mondays, Wednesday’s, and Fridays for a morning yoga practice. The series will offer you the structure and support you need to show up for yourself and keep your vitality flowing and strong.
We will meet virtually so I expect to see some incredible bedhead in the dim light along with your cozy pants and hot beverages.
